Search for meaning: sometimes life can feel very hollow for no specific reason. People can ask why am I here? What is it all about? How can I feel more fulfilled by my life?
Depression: This can cover a number of different levels of depression, from lacking enthusiasm to feeling suicidal. For some people this can be a recurring experience in their life.
Relationships: With partners, children,family and friends can at times be very difficult and painful and to talk the problems through with someone not emotionally involved in the situation can be very helpful.
Sexuality: This can be a very sensitive subject for some people to talk about. Loss of sex drive, confusions about sexuality, sexual relationships.
Anger: People sometimes need to understand their own relationship with the angry part of themselves in order to feel more in control of themselves and to help their relationships with others.
Work: Problems at work or with the working environment.
Unresolved issues from the past could be interfering with your present day relationships, or your capacity to enjoy life.
Low self esteem: This is a very common problem that a lot of people experience.
Offering a safe and private environment to reflect and talk through your concerns.
Helping to deepen self awareness and to explore different perspectives on life.
